• 4 Plans (with Date) – 4 Equipment submittals and calculations

  *IF WE HAVE TO MAKE COPIES, THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE

  A brief description of the system design, and operation

  Manufacture’s product information sheet that includes design parameters, and power requirements – Use arrow to identify the model or part

  4 hydraulic calculations

  Battery size calculations

  Voltage Drop Calculations

  Riser Diagram

  Draw plans to scale. Identify use of each room (Minimum Scale 1/8”)

  Circuit wiring from device to device and/or device tags (include ckt#/device#) shall be indicated on plans including end-of-line resistors

  List ACR and APS and/or ECR and EPL with original signature on all plans

  Indicate on plans if any area is not in contract

  Indicate on plans name and complete address of location

  Indicated on plans, name, address, fax and phone number of the contracting fire alarm company

  Indicate on plans what year the building was constructed

  Indicate on plans what the building occupancy classification is

  STAPLE EQUIPMENT SUBMITTAL SHEETS TOGETHER AND INCLUDE JOB NAME AND ADDRESS ON COVER

  Special Requirements for the following Cities:

  Duncanville : Requires a copy of your State License with each submittal

  Southlake: Requires a copy of your State License/City Registration

  Wylie: Requires a copy of your Company License/Drivers License/Notarized Letter of Design Compliance with IFC 2003 with each submittal

  Prosper: Requires that 1 set of the plans you submit needs to be 11 x 17 for their files
